课程一经报名缴费，恕不接受任何退款申请，包括因个人原因未出席课程的情况，亦不提供退款或补课安排。
唯有在公司于6个月内未开办该课程的情况下，家长可选择以下其中一项处理方式：
1）申请全额退款；或
2）将已缴费用转换为其他等值课程。
Once a course has been registered and paid for, no refund requests will be accepted, including in cases of absence due to personal reasons. No refunds or replacement classes will be provided.
Only if the company fails to conduct the course within six (6) months, participants may choose one of the following options:
- Request a full refund; or
- Convert the paid amount into credit for another course of equivalent value.
